Me too with my experience - we also called on phone and he rudely replied what are we calling for, since we're talking to him, right. Well, true. You mustn't take him too seriously, then it's ok. But I must say that nowhere in any hut was the tea soooo good as here. Need to praise him a bit, then he's sweet as honey. In the end he showed us everything around the hut and you see he's exceptional hutkeeper. Regards

There is also a beautiful path to the giant of the Karawanks from the Austrian side, a climbing one, not exactly for the vertiginous, but well secured, cables in excellent condition. Not too crowded either, you can also go from the Celovec hut over scree, but personally not my thing too much.

Yesterday I was at Kokrsko Saddle, then Kalška Mountain. Excellent, that's all I can say, views fantastic, only the wind was very strongThis idyll was disturbed only by one thing still incomprehensible to me, namely at Kokrsko Saddle some dad took two sons in flip-flops down to Kamniška Bistrica. He was properly shod. I first thought they'd sleep in the hut, watched them descending for a while and finally realized they're really going down. Meanwhile the kids nicely slid on their butts, their dad quite annoyed. Tell me, is this even possible? What's with these people? Still can't believe that such a thing is possible.Regards
