Wednesday 22.6.2011 on a beautiful sunny morning from Javornik pasture to Blejska hut on Lipanci. Then to Lipanska gate, Lipanski peak, Mrežce and Debeli peak back to Javornik pasture.
Sun, green meadows, flowers, light breeze and hazy mists...

Sunny Friday morning 6.5.11, perfect for a light walk. Circular route sp. Lancovo-Talež-Goška Ravan-Lancovo. Nice forest, marked path to Talež. Then back on road to junction of path to Vodiška planina. Some time on macadam road, then marked path directs us left. Through forest path back to road and just above it mountain hut Goška Ravan. To here 2 hours. Further on main road, direction Vodiške planine. After 500m at first junction turn left off road to forest path. Markings and signs lead back to start. Back in an hour and a half. Nice walk through part of Jelovica. Hut at Goška open all year.

Yesterday 20.8 from Mojstrana via steep path to Vrtaška planina and Vrtaški vrh. Back from planina via unmarked very nice path to Peričnik. Continuation on footpath to start. Nice, but hot.

Path from the foot to the summit dry. Some livestock on the pastures, but even that drinks from the water intake at the shepherd hut on the planina. So take drinks in the backpack. Something to drink can also be gotten from the shepherd on the planina, if not out with the livestock.

For the entire described path - effective = 7 h 30 min, photographing, lunch, rests, observing surroundings additional 3 h 30 min. Too beautiful to rush, so total 11 hours.
To gondola and down with it to valley approx. 8-9 hours. For me
the path under cable car took a lot of time, I advise against it. Better variant, if deciding to walk down, is straight along Žagar to the start, faster and safer.

Ukanc - Vrh nad Škrbino - Vogel - Rjava skala - below cable car to Ukanc station. Ridge circular path. From Ukanc station for a while along Žagarjev graben, then pathless trail through Ukanško suho. Further below Ražnova suho to planina za Migavcem. On the way cairns.
Then along marked path to Škrbina. Further along the ridge over Meja, Rušnati vrh and Snežni vrh to preval Globoko. Along marked path to Vogel. Further along marked path past Orlove glave to Ski hotel. Continuation along Mirnjak ridge under cable car. The path is hard to follow, steep, overgrown, partly visible hard-to-follow trail, no cairns or marks. Caution needed due to terrain slope. The path ends at Ukanc station - walked with GPS help. Weather fantastic, views superb. Ridge path well trodden and followable, unmarked but no special difficulties on it, except in wet or fog.

On Friday 10.8. train from Jesenice to Podrožca Austrian side. Then well-marked paths to Rožca saddle 1587m. Ascent ridge to Hruški vrh 1776m or Klek 1753m. Rest at Mokotova bajta. Descent to Hruška planina for cold beer. Then macadam path, forest trails, meadows and tracks to Hrušica, from there bus to start. Weather superb, views too.

Circular variant: Tinčkova koča, through the forest via "Zagon" to Kožne, up over scree, where we continue on the upper marked path that comes from Vrtača. Continue left towards saddle Belščica, descent to Celovška koča. Continuation along alpine road past Mačenska planina and left over scree to the entry of the climbing via ferrata to Stol. From the top descent to Zabreška planina and then left on the marked nice forest path to the starting point.

Petruša, one Žakelj bivouac is on the edge of Podmežaklje above Jesenice, left side above motorway direction Hrušica. Well
visible from Lidl center in Jesenice. Just look up, see rocky promontory and on it blue painted bivouac. The other he set up is at Jerebikovec by Mojstrana. Go road to Kot valley and soon signpost left by road.

Debela peč on Thursday 8.12. in sunny and very
windy weather. Visibility excellent, occasionally very strong gusts of wind on ridges and summits blowing and swirling powdery snow. Despite the conditions, excellent. Solo hiker from Celje, nice greetings and attaching some pics.

Raina! If you take a pensioner's pace with photographing, snooping and wayside snack in nice weather and views, you'll nail the sausage in four hours.

Circular variant from Svino village near Kobarid-Matajur-descent to Avsa village. Both paths marked. In Avsa at first major bend of main road turn left to forest path.
Forest paths-6km-back to tour start in Svino village. This path not marked. Marked on PZS map.
Sunday, 22.5.2011-walking time 7 hours.

alessio! I'm searching and searching for a more detailed map of marked paths or hunter's paths and accesses to them for the entire Dobratsch massif. Circular variants or up-down. I don't know where else to look and search. If you can help, thanks a lot. Possible that GPS tracks exist.

On Saturday 23.4.2011 - circular tour to Dobratsch.
Route Korensko sedlo-Podklošter(Arnoldstein)-Čajna(Notsch)- Čače(Saak). We cross the railway track and the Gail river. Through the village Čače and at the end of the village turn left onto the asphalt road, also intended for cyclists and runs along the Gail river (river on our right). After 2.5km straight drive, we park on the gravel road limited by a barrier on the left side right next to the asphalt road. Up the gravel 1km, then a red arrow on the tree, larger cairn and red-white-red marking directs us right. Well marked, wonderfully routed, forest, safe, scenic path brings us to the summit ridge of Dobratsch. On the ridge just a walk among low pines to the top. From vehicle to top 4 hours.
Return classically along the gravel road to the larger parking lot. Only here along the road - occasionally shorten bends by crossing through the forest to the ALPENGARDEN park attraction.
The park is on our right side along the main road for 1km length. Runs above the precipitous Red cliff, well secured with fence on both sides worth seeing. At the end of the park
right next to the main road the sign-mark-Arnoldstein directs us right. Well visible excellently marked forest path safely leads us to the log cabin-inn right next to the asphalt cycle path in the valley. Right behind the inn turn right and along the asphalt road by the Gail river (now on our left side) after 2.5km we reach the vehicle and start of our path. Circle is closed. From top to vehicle
we walk 3 hours.
