Hard to stay home with such nice weather for a mountain visit. Started early in the morning from Kamniška Bistrica to K. saddle. Short break and then the trail under feet to Brana. Careful descent from Brana to Kotliče. Renewed ascent to Turska gora. Followed descent above Turski žleb to bivouac under Skuta and then across Zmavčarje to starting point.... A bit further from entry into Turski žleb a backpack was by the path (no trace or news of the owner). Would warn about path to eastern notch-Kotličev, part of ground under path slid, above path visible cracks so great caution needed.

Today trip to Dolk Spica. Path is dry, except some snow patches, snow is soft so crampons unnecessary but good to have ice axe in hand especially on ascent to Red Saddle between Dolk Spica and Rogljica. Krnica Zadnji Dolek still fully covered in snow, but we avoid it so no problems..

Yesterday with buddy via Bamberg path over Plemenice to Triglav. Path over Plemenice completely dry. On west Triglav plateau all the way to top of Triglavska škrbina still lots of snow. Snow was frozen in the morning, therefore winter gear mandatory. We descended via mali Triglav to Kredarica and then via Tominšek path to Vrata. Protections on Tominšek in good condition, only one short snowfield remains which doesn't pose bigger problems.

Winter conditions!

Today with a colleague we did the ascent to Jalovec. The path led us over Kotovo sedlo to the summit, descent was via Jalovška škrbina. On the western side of Jalovec conditions fully winter. Snow about 20-30 cm, snow nicely hard so crampons and ice axe sang with joy . On the southern side slush, so quite varied on descent to the bivouac. Weather fantastic.
p.s. Greetings to the group that stopped in Tamar Friday evening, too bad you didn't make the summit, in such conditions you need winter gear, next time, it'll wait for us.....

andrej78 - just this I'd add to your last sentence about the snow, and I won't agree with you that some were scaring unjustly. I think they were completely justified in scaring. True, there isn't much snow, but on the northern sides there is just enough that there's neither stick nor mouse, and that's the most DANGEROUS - as Igor wrote
