Today we went to this summit for the first time. We started at Mrzli Planini. The path is pleasant with lots of beautiful views over Dolenjska and Posavje. At the top it was very windy.

Is the Vršič Razor path passable?

If one-day trip planned definitely recommend farthest to Ledvica and back. On this path like us. If you think too much, recommend back over Prode. In that case skip Black Lake. Agree with Nina4 what she wrote. Would add Planica and further to Tamar where you can see waterfall, from Jasna to Mojčin dom and further to Ciprnik....in short lots of options. You best know your children how capable re fitness. Good luck and safe path!

We did that variant last year. Planina Blato - koča pri Jezeru - Dedno polje - over Štapce to Dvojno jezero - Ledvica lake - back to Dvojno jezero - Črno jezero - koča Viševnik - Pršivec - koča pri Jezeru - Blato. Son 9 yrs daughter 7. Went without problems. So if kids are at least a bit mountaineers, no problem. Recommend overnight at Zasavska koča if see all. Also special event for kids to sleep in hut if first time. Regards

Is there still any snow on the path from Planika to Triglav?

Today we visited the Holy Mountains. We started from Bistrica. Nice path, nice places. On the way back we stopped by in Podsreda, where we also went to the Old Holy Mountains.

Yesterday (8.2.) hike to Trdinov Peak. We left the car in Gabrje. We go to Dom pri Gospodični, then to Trdinov Peak, continuing to hut at Miklavž, back to Gospodična and down to Gabrje. In the morning the path was nicely frozen, on return frost eased and it was muddy. Exception was path just below summit and towards Miklavž, where it was icy. Great caution needed. Wonderful views to all our highest peaks. Almost no snow. Lots of people

Today on Lisca. Start from Krakovec, past Sv. Jošt to Lisca. Return along Pastirčkova path to Krakovo. Weather sunny, on the summit some snow spots, nice views. Lots of people.

Today again on Bohor. We start from Jablanica (at the bend). Our first goal, Plešivec. We continue to the hut on Bohor, from there to Ubijavnik waterfall and back to the car. Path without special features, lots of people. Regards

Are the larches maybe already turning yellow a bit or is it still too early?

I was also on Triglav yesterday. Over Triglavska škrbina, it was blowing crazy, and foggy too. What was the cause of the fog, lijaneja? Many got angry on the top yesterday due to the wrong weather forecast.

Which path is recommended to the hut on Kofce, which is the nicest?
