The forest road from Korensko sedlo to Železnice is again passable and newly arranged.
Our starting point is Železica, past the hunting hut, to the saddle between Trupejevo poldne and Lepi vrh. The path continues towards Murnavec, then one path branches left to Maloško poldne. The path ascends and is dangerous for slipping. Fortunately there are many dwarf pines to help with the 20m ascent. Then the path is grassy all the way to Maloški poldne. To Ostra peč we descend a few meters to the Austrian side, then climb the rocks and cross a few notches equipped with cables for safe descent to Ostra peč.
The path was varied and my daughter(8) was very enthusiastic

The hut is open every day and will be open also in August and September. The caretakers are very friendly and cook a very good breakfast. Thanks!

On such a wonderful day it would be a sin to stay home. Our little team ascended from Krma valley to Kredarica. Halfway the sun greeted us, just below the top it blew a bit, snow was just a sample on the way. Before Triglav hut we found shelter and nice hospitality from the weather guys. Visitors just right amount. Some brave ones also climbed to Triglav summit.
We conquered our goal and returned satisfied to the valley.

My D-day on Jalovec. Still reliving yesterday. In the team I was with mukica, alesh74 and Tonet, who got me safely over the wall. Thanks also to parkeljc, who immortalized us on top.
One remark... at certain spots some pegs were missing for ones like me
Divine day, incredible experience... proud I conquered it(Jalovec).

I was in the team with mukica. Over the špice I went for the first time via ledges and pegs, that's why this path was something special for me.

Today was an ideal day for a Sunday trip to Špik-Hude police. From the parking lot at planina Pecol you can see the hut and the summit itself. From the start the path is macadam, then from the hut it climbs along a trodden path. The path is poorly marked and the signs are faded. We follow the path under the slabs and then zigzag up the slabs to the top. Along the path marmots whistle cheerfully and chamois pose. At the very top a magnificent view opens up. My gaze was directed towards the Karavanke, which I know best, and to Kanin. On the return to the valley we also went for a tasting of homemade yogurt and cheese. Thanks everyone for the pleasant company...LP
