Peter, you filmed them nicely. Similar here, at night all the above filmed ones nicely walk around the house. Martens avoid the garage from afar, but chickens tempt them, which need careful locking at first dusk. But there are other visitors too...

If you have chickens, really have to watch out. Many have already lost them in our area. See the hoopoe in the picture. Great! They are so rare here it's a real treat to see one anywhere. Lp Peter S.

Dprapr, where was this hoopoe pictured? Very beautiful bird to me, especially for our parts. Last saw it last year in eastern Turkey in Ani town, here years ago in coastal area near Dragonja on some homestead yard.

She's photographed in Styria. I see her two to three times a year when she visits our courtyard. As Peter said, it's really a holiday when you see her.

Today at the start of the path through chamois bend I met a pig that doesn't belong in these parts. It's fat so it can hardly walk. It neither heard nor saw me even from a few meters. I assume it's very old, deaf and blind and someone probably left it there on purpose.

This is how the kitty looks today that they rejected and was abandoned wandering around. I brought her home. Such animals know how to return love.

Darinka, I would also like one like that, a bit abandoned, and that he would be grateful A bit joke, a bit not. Of course it's about a kitty

It was funny that we took the kitty to sterilize and after one year she had three kittens. Of course I called the vet clinic and they sterilized her again, because they tied the fallopian tubes poorly. But the second time it was fine.

Are they aggressive? The horns are not gentle
