@Tolminc & @Lukito. First, thanks for the answers. The route is still the smallest problem, it's nicely described here on the site. Most important for me is to know where I can leave the car, which parking lots are accessible at all at this time?

The road to Pokljuka is surely passable, unless in the coming days it snows so much that they can't clear the roads. In that case, I myself would rather postpone the ascent to Debela peč.

My favorite route to Debela peč starts from the Šport Hotel. The road is usually passable. The route to Debela peč is usually trodden, as it's a popular spot.

Yesterday, 30.12.2019 with quad. No issues, weather super, strong wind in places. Surface snowy, hard. Up with poles, down with crampons, no gaiters needed.

From Rudno polje along partially icy and frozen road to parking Pri Rupah. Further path frozen or partially icy with lots of steps to junction with Zajavornik path. More snow only on Spodnje Brda. Today 24.1. I used small crampons from the monument to the hut, as the trail is quite icy. At the hut I changed into full winter gear. Further on the path is icy in places, up top the snow is hard. No logbook though.
