Today I was with a friend on the summit where we replaced the old and tattered flag with a new one. Spring-like weather, up +4, down +14. Path mostly dry, here and there a bit muddy. Greetings from below Donačka!

Yes, we put up the little spruce despite strong wind, on it there are also candies at least today for sure, candies are for eating but new ones can be pinned up there too .

Today I did a short trip to Donačka Mountain. Start from Kupčinjega Vrh over the stream. No special features on the way, but caution against slipping is not superfluous, because snow is well trampled and frozen in higher part. On top strong cold south wind was blowing this morning. Views were wonderful and because of them it's always worth visiting the top of Donačka Mountain.

Really wonderful views and especially photos Nos. 2 and 4 in the form of an eastern view of the Styrian Triglav - 978 meters high Boč.

This morning on Donačka, at the top a bit of new snow, the path itself is quite smooth and icy, so I recommend small crampons.

I was up there for the last time this year, today clear views far to Gorenjska, the path up is icy, like a dog. In the coming year 2012, I wish all mountaineers lots of health, beautiful trips and wonderful views from the mountains! Lajči from under Donačka.

On a wonderful sunny day I dashed to the top from Sv. Jurij over Krče. Path dry and pleasant for walking. By chance I came across an open hut, as it's otherwise closed during the week. Nice regards!

On the cultural holiday quite a few of us climbed to the top of Donačka gora today, where there was a smaller cultural program on the top organized by PD Sloga Rogatec and PD Majšperk. Nice winter weather on top with sun, a bit lower strong north wind. No pics from the top because the camera froze.

stankoju, don't worry, I'll post from the top. I went later, so I was up there alone. But my fingers froze on top when I took off the gloves. As beautiful as it bites, right. Best regards.

In the afternoon haze I set out early today to Donačka gora. Start from Sv. Jurij all the way to the St. Donatus churchlet. From there along the Neurabni path which wasn't trodden... now it is. Over the rock very dangerous and slippery. Above the rock to the top snow very demanding and quite deep in places. Took me two hours to the top, neither gaiters nor crampons helped.
On the top northern gale which snowed in the logbook box. Quick descent via Frolih and after changing clothes through town back to Jurij.
Conditions very demanding (snow up top icy but not solid enough, sink into drifts). North side polar conditions, ice and terrible cold.
Snow wonderful though!

Since I was taking the bike from service in Ptuj I combined it with Donačka gora. Today about 20 cm snow, path nicely trodden, strong wind at top. Road to the hut drivable, caution needed at two spots small snow drifts from strong wind.
