To Križovec from Javorniški rovt there is no closure, as far as I know; closure is only to Planina pod Golico.

Daffodils to full bloom still lack about a week. Otherwise current conditions on this path (well, Friday's).

Yes, possible to drive through Pusti rovt to Sedlo Suha. But parking space there is not in abundance, so sensible if only those who walk with difficulty really use this option. From there to Mala Golica 20min, daffodils already right above the saddle.
