Foggy morning I use for a walk on sunny slopes of Golte. I take my daughter along and show her some details unknown to her...
(here and there patches of frozen snow and ice-covered pondlets, puddles...)

Colleague has been inviting me for a while to check out a cave and window in Tirskie peči together. Of course we extended the route as always and in wonderful weather there was plenty to see. What, let the pictures tell.velik nasmeh

Nice, sunny morning walk. Below, of course fog. Gentians and hellebores already developing flowers and we spotted a nice clump of chanterelles along the way. KSA nicely whitened and winter gear (above cca. 1600 m.a.s.l) has become mandatory.
We were in warm sun and dry grass. Otherwise, at the top of Medvednjak ground on surface frozen, in shady spots remnants of last snowfall. Milan and Janez first showed me new variant over rocks to Javorca. One part quite demanding so I preferred the „medium“cool parallel variant to climb. Once warmed up, I also did descent from right „pier“ of Javorca for the first time. Initial part exposed zavijanje z očmi and fairly demanding, then it speeds up..up is easier.
Continuation followed over Bela peč to Medvednjak and „photoshoot“ of artificial lake. In between we arranged Sunday jaunt through Tirskie pečine and Golte. Preparing it for colleagues m/f who want to get to know part of Golte that's so in view yet quite hidden…..coolcool

Valley today more or less in fog, we enjoyed the sunshine while wandering beautiful Golte. Enjoyed wonderful views and recharged batteries at least for a short time.nasmeh

Too badmrk pogled. On Sunday we're already booked for another tournasmeh, so we can't join. I hope there'll be another chance sometimezadrega. Late November Sunday morning - GOLTE
This morning was dedicated to showing parts of Golte and Tirske peči. We showed colleagues and female colleagues where we hang out if we're not somewhere higher up. Fog below, short sleeves above, sun and of course plenty of good mood and laughter.
The climbing part was chosen by the participant (medium/hard) and there were no problems. Most of it we all climbed together anyway. Start was in Javorca area, then moved to western part of Golte (Tirske). Visited underground cave and continued to Medvedjak. Refreshed at Žlajfar and ate dessert we got "gratis".
Followed descent to Alpine Garden. Climbing ridges. Showed »Mesarsko lopo« (little bat from last time, still happily sleeping winter sleep). After 6 hours descended to cars and back to foggy cold valley... thanks mountain colleagues male and female for nice morning!cool

Path on Golte in conditions of little snow and windblown: somehow we found snow for skis... and it was really pleasant for the afternoon hours, after work.

Last night I called Janez to ask if he is still in home care by his wife Marija? A virus put him to bed recently, which is spreading rapidly.
He whines a bit that he's barely capable of any efforts anymore and still properly feels the consequences. But we agree to go slower and calmer. He'll manage a walk in the "home yard".velik nasmeh
In the morning Milan and I stop by him and together we head towards Golte. They choose a more unusual starting point than usual. Above Šmihelj right and towards Goltnik, as long as the car could still pull on the snowy road. We park and head to Javorca, our first goal. At the first viewpoint we run into two female hikers from Velenje and of course invite them along. A bit of climbing on rocky ridges and soon we're below the viewpoint. Surprised, we take them to the bivouac and offer them refreshment. The choice is quite rich…cool
Together we continue on our variant to Mozirska hut and they're a bit confused when we get there. They've lost their bearings. So they invite us for refreshment in the hut in returncool. We sit together briefly and the three of us soon head off our way. The car is parked at the complete other endzavijanje z očmi. Janez gets going and Milan and I can barely catch up. For a while we walk one behind the other, as if we'd quarreled to death (cca. 50m one behind the other). I stick the poles in the ground only every few meters…jezen
At Istejah we descend to Smrekovsko stan and through forest tracks. Where we walked after, those two know better, since I don't know this extreme NE part of Golte well. Mainly we followed deer tracks, which left prints of large hooves in the snow.nasmeh…After 2 hours of uninterrupted, quite fierce pace (what did the home care help him..velik nasmeh ) Janez takes pity on us with a ten-minute break. After the break it takes us to the car cca. 30 min of quite ramped-up pace.
Snow along the path is 5 to 15cm. The base under the fresh snow was almost everywhere icy, which didn't cause us any special problems. By the weekend it'll be all different again according to forecasts…
(walked from 8:45 to 14:00 - in between already almost running, if the terrain allowed..velik nasmehvelik nasmehvelik nasmeh)

Nice day in the mountains, great.nasmeh and of course nice description. Please do it again, for us unfortunate others.
Our tracks were from Monday afternoon, if they were even only ours?
So the road from upper Goltnik is still snowy? We're planning Saturday again in those parts....
