Well, ločanka, why mask healthy walnuts in unhealthy flour, sugar and fat???

Samok, you can take wholegrain flour, raw unrefined sugar, and even halve the amount. It really matters what Darinka says, that you prepare the dish yourself and know what you used. Completely different is bought potica, in that case you really don't know what all they masked inside to gain in taste and color. All the above justifies the section title.

SamoK, considering cooking a women's job is completely unacceptable. Not only because gentlemen advertise here in this section multiple times, but also because world-famous master chefs are also or even mostly men. Besides, differences between sexes don't really belong in this section. But there's another side to the coin regarding ingredients. If we leave aside that Darinka perhaps bought flour in a store without organic or even Demeter certification, potica can also be made with einkorn, spelt and many other grains that are on the generally accepted list of 'healthy nutrition', and one should also educate oneself about fats, since it's not necessary to make potica with butter, we can use coconut fat, ghee and many other oils and fats that are on the same list. Refined sugar, let the most ardent replace it with maple syrup.

Then let's also have a section "Good Hiking Boots", in which we all trumpet that the best boots are the ones I make at home from old plastic bags.

Palček, butter is also a completely healthy food, unhealthy are trans fats or hydrogenated fats, those are various artificial fats that should be banned in products. In some European countries they already are!

>SamoK, considering cooking a women's job is completely unacceptable. Palčkica, I did that on purpose, because it already gets on my nerves that fats and sweets are sold as healthy food. I cook almost every day - without fat and without sugar and almost without flour. And I enjoy it and like to eat well. But also healthy. (Besides, I counted Viharnik among them )

Ločanka, I agree, but in every period there's a food that's pushed as unhealthy, once it's spinach, another time tomato and the campaign against butter was topical a while ago too. Since SamoK has set up such a serious protest against the section and its content, I just listed some alternatives.

palček, we're arguing about the donkey's shadow again. I agree, there's no problem with those ingredients!!! Can't you understand that it bothers me that under the title "Healthy nutrition" you list only foods that are absolutely, indisputably proven bad if you eat too much of them. I hope we agree that overeating is one of the biggest afflictions of civilized man. And in that fats and sugar play a decisive role.

SamoK, I agree that one of the better things is good food and I'm glad people have the chance to eat quality. At the same time please don't condescendingly, because otherwise I can't understand it, push male persons to the female. To everyone lots of enjoyment in sufficient quantity of good, which means also healthy, food.

Well they say men are the best cooks. In the canteen where I eat at the factory mostly men cook maybe one woman in between. And they cook excellent. They all deserve all praise.

Samo, from several sources I've heard how vegans enjoyed only their bio food, then after years suddenly got sick, some even got cancer and died. Quite healthy unfortunately only what is processed in home garden, fertilized with Biopost fertilizer grape pomace etc., because even barn manure can contain artificial medicines used to treat some sick cow.

Palček, I'm glad that at least someone remembers ghee, which is very often used in Vedic and Indian cuisine.

Not much to look at really , but otherwise you're a bit contradictory, since my lunch was just a poor appetizer for you, if memory serves Since you're not a Sahaja yogi, no hard feelings

Yeah that's true. I eat for two, sometimes three. Especially in winter it's crazy.
