The road to KB is open again, though some machines are still around it. The cable car to Velko is not running yet, so there is not much traffic. Above the Dom, a newly polished well-known traffic sign greets me, reigning until late spring. No mud on the trail, I meet only four people total. The forest is full of dry leaves, ankles tested especially on the descent. Some sun appeared up top, I air out the winter room, go to the edge for pics, no wind. On the descent, I stop a bit at Pastirci, the bivouac roof probably won't hold this year's snow anymore. Shame nothing is done, at least a new roof before the truss breaks, raising costs sharply.

I heard on the radio that the path to Okrešelj is open again, the path further to Kamniško sedlo will not be for a while.

The path to Okrešelj is open, only before the source of the Savinja a temporary detour (bypass) to the right into the forest above the source and around it has been made. About 10 m of path before the Savinja source was washed away. Further towards Okrešelj the path is BP. Towards the K. saddle however the newly formed gully a couple of minutes above Okrešelj is problematic. The markers of PD Celje Matica will try to ensure the passability of the path in the shortest possible time.

Super news. What if you arrive at night or I'm reckoning on 4 am, are you exempt from entrance fee payment to Logar Valley - that's how I imagine from the note:

Nowhere. If no entrance fee collector at 7.00 or 8.00 (or e.g. still before end of collection 17.00 or 18.00), then there isn't any  No one will demand (or check) from you once you're in the valley on return.
But a few years ago at Bohinj Lakes I parked in the morning still before parking staff arrival  and on afternoon return to car found a note on the wipers with notice to report to the parking hut regarding payment... Everything has a first time

At Kamniško sedlo camera not working for 10 days already. Who services or monitors cameras in mountains? Now hut open, but no possibility caretaker activates camera again. Some time ago camera at Kokrško sedlo deactivated whole 2 months

Today there were quite a few cars up there.
There's an awkward ditch before the parking. Cross it carefully. Most parked a bit lower at the last bend.

Maybe I described it a bit too vividly, concern for safety on this path is completely unnecessary, as 'action' is far away and limited to Brana rocky walls ending on screes far from path to Kamniško Saddle.
