Today we did the tour from Erjavčev rovt to Kepa, on return also to Gubno. Conditions very pleasant, no excessive heat until last descent part, on top wind blew so sometimes quite cold. Path without issues, views very nice except highest Julian peaks in clouds. More in photos.

We two were at the summit in two hours and three quarters without rushing. We took time for refreshment, views around and photographing. To me this trail is very nice, but it can be quite hot if the sun isn't in the clouds mežikanje

As Tinky already mentioned in the "Vrtača" topic, we spread out across the Karavanke today. I started from Erjavčev rovt to Dovška Mala Kepa, Kepa and on the way back also to Gubno.
Weather gorgeous, afternoon already a bit hot, but a light breeze was blowing all the time and "cooling" nasmeh

Trail BP. On the Slovenian side I met only two hikers and one cyclist all day. At the junction where the Austrian trail joins, it was "boiling" with Austrians, so the summit of Kepa was mostly "neighbors" today mežikanje

Today I set off early in the morning from Erjavčev rovt to Kepa. I reached the summit in 2 h 45'. The trail is well marked and secured, more than a helmet you'd need a via ferrata set. At the summit mostly northern neighbors. On the way back I stopped at Dovška Mala Kepa and Gubno. Although there's no marked trail to these two summits, a bit below the summit of DMK I noticed old markings.

Kepa via Jepca..

...Forest road over last year's landslide is nicely drivable, but there's a bull somewhere nearby nasmeh

Today to Kepa from Erjavčev rovt. On top it was blowing strongly so I quickly turned back to the valley. On top there were quite a few hikers, more neighbors coming. nasmeh

Yesterday I wanted to go from ramp via Jepca to Kepa. At saddle fog, cold and light snow from fog so I turned. Would praise workers who fixed landslide - looks very impressive. Above road mighty wall and sometime it will pour again. Road ok, nice if fix fences gnawed by time. Otherwise Belca valley wild and picturesque.

Road from Belca = ok. For ascent to top warmly recommend winter gear despite fairly dry look. SW part of slope snowy and most of day in shade so - quite some ice..

Today from Erjavčev rovt towards Kepa. Road to start drivable without issues. Path icy in places worth having winter gear especially upper exposed traverses. Good luck!

From Belca it looks quite dry, but as always don't judge conditions from valley.
