How much more time does it take if you go from Kurje vasi. What's the path like? Thanks lp.

Less than or a good hour more, depending on how fast you walk. On Sunday everything was hard, ideal for walking. Good to have crampons and ice axe, just in case. Otherwise the footpath is good and dry, not icy, on steep parts there are steps. You need to watch not to turn in Krma to the slope under Draški vrh where the touring track leads, but go normally in the summer path area.

Hello.
Has anyone stayed overnight at Kredarica last week? Do you need to have a PCT test? Do they check at reception if you have it?
Asking because I plan to go with the kids, and we need to sleep somewhere...
Thanks,
LP

Thanks, karm, I know roughly. I was interested in how it actually goes in practice... if you have to submit it at reception, or only if someone checks...

On Saturday, 30.10., we went to Kredarica for the first time via the path from Pokljuka. Haven't seen anything so beautiful in ages! Started at 6:10 when it was still dark and on the way to Studorski preval dawn broke. Fog in the valley, up top warm and in wonderful colors. The path was dry all the way, but from Konjski preval to Kredarica it blew insanely. No crowds at Kredarica, wonderful weather and great coffee.

Kredarica (06.11.21)

Up to Prgarica just light powder. On trails around 20cm fresh starts and similar on summer calvary, but here alarm on base. More or less hard all the way to Triglavski dom. Mandatory winter gear. Checked ahead into wall, ladders live ice (cemented). In that I didn't forget anything up either. Some chat and back to valley.

Now I don't know if I see poorly or... does it get on some nerves that folk walks on snow?

Those are probably the same "people" who pollute my air with their breathing.
