That's from yesterday. I only went to the cable car cos it was enough first time with snowshoes. Snow sank quite a bit.

For those who like winter, snow is never too much, of course. For a trail like the one to Krn Lake, snowshoes are very suitable in such conditions, better yet touring skis .

Igor and I experienced on our own skin that snowshoes would be the right tool for such conditions, but still pleasure is guaranteed with such a snow load.
