Early morning from Vršič via Hanzova to MM. At the entrance to Hanzova still some snow. With a bit of caution no problem to first fixed protections. Already 2 ahead of me in the wall. Later caught up with them, so we reached the top together.
Nice weather with little wind, just some fog at moments.
Not many hikers, lots of cyclists though, mostly e-bikes.
Also stopped at Jasna.

Today nice circular path to M.M. up via Hanzova path, down via normal. Read online one cable is broken, but today until 9am all protections in good condition, quite a few climbers on path, no one noticed anything wrong with protections. Unless it broke later. Nice mountaineering greeting.

Today via Hanzova to MM. No major damage to fixed protections, but repaired.
Since at summit by seven, went to VM too. Continued ridge to Zadnja Mojstrovka, then nasty scree and rocks to foot of Suh vrh.
Went even higher, heat worse, no breeze.
Vršič full, what it'll be like over the weekend.

Today good conditions for hiking to Mala Mojstrovka with appropriate winter gear. Wonderful views. Quite a few mountaineers and skiers on the summit today.

Last week on Wednesday the road was plowed and passable to the penultimate bend below Erjavčeva hut. From the Primorska side to the top parking lot.

Road to Erjavčeva hut dry and normally drivable, parking at hut also cleared. Safe steps.

Today (13 March 2021) my phone fell out of pocket in Uroševa gully (NŠG). If any team found it in snow or lower, please. Today we were first in route and surely others went to check conditions on nice Saturday.

Vrsic is passable, officially with winter gear, where you'll start is purely your decision.
