On Saturday we headed from Pecol via Findenegg to the top (didn't go see the bivouac, dunno why?!). Then met the last hikers from the bus just before Pipanova. Down Pipanova, then ferrata Leva. Jump to Špik steep slabs and to the valley. Really nice loop.

Brilliant that the paths aren't marked, but quite noticeable. So, you just need a bit of attention and a map, you never know. TABACCO map 19, you can get it on the motorway in Italy.

The inscription briefly means: "The rope was installed in autumn 2006, so far undamaged by avalanches, is safe, but responsibility is on the user."
Only between lion and thrush there is quite a few kg of difference. Leone: means lion; Merlone: merlo means thrush, merlone big thrush.

Yesterday we headed to Montaž and also visited the summit via Pipan ladder (two from group via path to bivouac). At the top there were quite a few of us, path without issues, also no crowd on the ladderŽiga is not there, bell rings poorly

We descended via Pipan ladder, which was at least for me a bit of an adrenaline rush. It was a beautiful sunny day.

Yesterday my girlfriend and I visited Montaž and were unpleasantly surprised at the summit. There was no stamp, nor at the hut either.
Asking if anyone knows where the stamp is or if it was stolen and really gone???

In the Brazza hut there was at the beginning of July the Montaž stamp, for fun I stamped it for myself, even though I hadn't been up yet.
