I was also on Mrzlica on 1.1., it was really windy at the top. I remember a lady and a gentleman sitting in the shelter, who are on the upper picture with domestic animals.

The day is beautiful if you make it and it's not only dependent on the weather. And today's was like that.
Mrzlica wasn't basking in the sun and the view was more modest, but still it was nice.

Today I ascended straight from home to Mrzlica! Half the path was quite muddy as I walked for a whole hour at about 500m a.s.l. Where you come from Čeče to the road it becomes very icy and it's good to have microspikes on your feet! I didn't put them on, because I'm usually more cautious and prefer to walk on solid snow. It was foggy so no views. The path from Mrzlica towards Kal is dry on exposed spots so the path is easy. The path from Kal to Klobuk is nicely passable, further towards Hrastnik it's very steep and great caution is needed!
And the route: Retje, Plesko, Ostenk, Čeče, Mrzlica, Kal, Klobuk, Hrastnik, Prapretno, Retje. Hiked the route in 5 hours and 30 minutes!

On Saturday the weather forecast was very pleasant for Zasavje hills and so we ended up on Mrzlica, which was full of flowers, compared to the November visit also nicely panoramic.
Route Hrastnik - Klobuk - Kal - Mrzlica - Čeče and of course peeing and back via Boben to Hrastnik, nice interesting route, since we only learned at the hut on Kal that the road is closed due to a race, which we also watched a bit.
Beautiful places and nice people.

Mrzlica is known for its abundant flowers and that's probably why you went there.As always, you master your field of mountains from which I'll learn something too.

No big deal, we like this hill region, even when we're on some nearer peak, we drive through these areas, Kum, Čemšeniška planina ...
but that day was 100% fulfilled.
Zalas, we also hiked your described route to Kum last spring.
