Today around 10 they "stopped traffic" on the officially closed path and at 11 the SV helicopter dropped off the team and gear, then they descended and started repairs so it looks like the path from Malih podov to Skuta will soon be officially open. 
Otherwise today to Skuta from Ravenska kočna, to Mlinarskega sedla, Dolgega hrbta, Štruce to the top. Frischaufova pot to the saddle very nice, marked, enough protections, where there are none nice ledges and structured rocks so no problem. Only from Dolgega hrbta to Štruca need to search for marks more, because some almost gone.
Otherwise unique tour, recommend to all with needed experience.

Nice tour, did it 3 weeks ago, agree on markings, one big sadness, even I got off path because followed those red dots without white circle, but soon realized wrong path. But from Skuta watched 3 French guys from bivouac up to Štruca, missed mark and went down gully to jezerski thank god they got back up. And to make you smile met those French at Kočna start, then watched from ferrata start Češka koča, pointed direction to Ledine because figured with 50L pack they'd struggle up. Arrive at hut, they come (two dudes and girl, in jeans, Supergas, one barefoot even). Talk to them where from where to. Goal Skuta via Hrbta then bivvy under Skuta. Show exactly where, helmets? No helmets of course, just back from sea in Croatia. Anyway warned twice on dangers, only second time one got it what they're into. Obviously safe to valley, nothing on GRS.

karibu, really great to make such a nice loop without ascending any peak. At least that's how I understood it, there was no ascent to Skuta, right?

That was already enough, we walked plenty. Especially when descending from the hut to the valley the legs go on their own

Utterly careless and irresponsible act. At least here we definitely know it wasn't a Pole or Slovak, as we rant about them in summer.
Truly sad that our alpine facilities have such a short lifespan.
Did they respond at PZS? Namely, if no quick solution, it'll be irreparable damage to the almost new bivouac.

No one at PZS responded... Looks like all on vacation... That's why I wrote here. Problem is snow blowing into bivouac... Already couple cm in lower part...
Same problem at bivouac under Skuta. Doors falling apart... People irresponsible... Sad what we do...

Bivouac managed by Društvo GRS Kamnik (contact details on website https://www.pzs.si/koce.php?pid=110).
When rock dangerously tilted under Skuta summit years ago, I called Mr. Zdravko Bodlaj (051 344-809, zdravkobodlaj@gmail.com, info@pdkamnik.si), very friendly trail marker of PD Kamnik. I believe alpine organizations in Kamnik cooperate closely, so Mr. Bodlaj surely knows right contact if not him.
