On a wonderful, sunlit Saturday, hikers and women hikers of PD Velenje
(Pilates section) set off on a hike to Slavnik. The starting point of the hike was the small Brkini village Skadanščina, from there a good hour and a half to the top of Slavnik. We descended to the picturesque village Prešnica, which is located right below the Ljubljana-Koper or Divača-Koper motorway. The weather served us excellently today, cloudless, views wonderful, snow almost gone, some in shady spots, more towards Prešnica. After the hike we decided to extend it to our seaside pearl Portorož, where we concluded today's winter or already spring-like hike. Thanks to all the women hikers and men hikers for the pleasant company, to the gentleman driver thanks for the safe drive to the coast and back.

On Saturday to Slavnik from Skadanščina; just below the summit a thunderstorm caught us, it really buffeted us too. After the thunderstorm back. Otherwise nice trail without special features.

Thanks for the congratulations, the hardest nut to crack are the transports and "slavi0902" really helped us with the transport from Vršič to Vrata by car, thanks again.

On Sunday I walked-ran to Slavnik from Podgorje. I took Vito's (@otiv) poem with me, words of friendly forum members, and after the long path it took one hour up and down. This time I didn't run ahead of myself, but ahead of the rain. Good luck everyone.
