As far as I remember two weeks ago when I came from Pišnica direction and looked over the edge of Grlo towards Tamar from the saddle, there was none. Further up there wasn't any either, towards Vršič neither. For Črne Vode though I don't know.

Maybe ask also at the hut in Tamar.

Thanks. It's just the gully at the waterfall that worries me most. Well, the weather forecast kept us away from the mountains this weekend anyway...

Today I was for the first time on this summit. Well visited. Maybe because you get up quickly. Views weren't as nice as yesterday on Špik.

I was curious what Slemenova Špica looks like

Majdag, hidden talents are among us. Very pleasant trip description "Špancir za štiri tačke - Sleme...". The most sympathetic is the picture "Štirih tačk" on Slemenu. Good luck!

Yesterday we drove to Vršič, parked at Erjavčeva hut, then straight up the marked path to the saddle and along the lower path to Slemenova Špica. Return via scree on the upper path to Vršič pass, then past Tičarjev dom and Poštarski dom along the old Vršič road back to Erjavčeva hut. Weather very warm, humid, poor visibility due to air moisture. Larches not coloring yet, grasses on Slemenova Špica already getting autumn colors, sheep already driven to the valley.
Nevertheless nice walk and nicely spent another day in the mountains.

Today we went from DU Predoslje - Britof to the top of Vršič pass and then from there to Slemenova Špica. The path was nice, but no views. Sleme is a beautiful plain under Slemenova Špica, where we had a longer break. Of course the 10-minute ascent to Slemenova Špica was not missing. The return was a descent to Erjavčeva hut.

Within three weeks I went to Slemenova Špica for the second time already, this time with the Thursday group of retirees at PD Škofja Loka, only that this time at the saddle we went left towards Hanzova to Mala Mojstrovka. We first crossed the rocky part, then the scree, and descended on a slightly steep scree path towards Slemen. We returned on the right approach from the saddle.
