77blaz, is there perhaps a photo of Bavški Grintavec taken during the day?
Thanks.

Vesna2, no, unfortunately I don't have it, maybe someone will welcome the photo of snow conditions on Razor, which I haven't posted before.

77blaz, please for info. Is the path over Skok above Sovatna dry or is passage possible on the summer path? Thanks.

Started at 4 from the parking lot, at 7 on the summit and at 10 home. Morning nicely hard, we went on foot with crampons from start to top. Snow starts a bit below 1500m. Views phenomenal, snow for skiing OK, otherwise a bit too hard, but suitable for the time... On the way back, it was already very crusty in the valley below Stenar Gates, despite only 8 am.

Today my binding came off twice and both times I was lucky, for which I am extremely grateful nasmeh

Yesterday's track-breaking to Stenar passed on a nice day and beautiful views. There's still a lot of snow and conditions for hikers are difficult... friends on ski tours had much easier work uphill, the ski descent was according to their story too southern... although it seemed to us that they were floating on snow, we were sinking up to our buttsvelik nasmeh

Yesterday on Stenar via Sovatna. Winter gear not needed, or better said nothing helps in fully southern snow that sinks 1m deep in places. Best to climb on rocks along the path.

Maybe someone knows the current conditions on the path over Sovatna from Vrata? How much snow is left? Is there any problematic passage with hard snow? Thanks

If Kredarica still has around 90cm snow, it's normal to need gear over Sovatna.. anyway better to have it with you, someone can cross without, others can't, it's up to you if you'll turn for 5m snow or not..

Crampons not hard to attach on each side, otherwise hut info usually very bad. E.g. few weeks ago info that no one on path over Prag this year yet, on return over that path highway was made. Just informative

good luck
