No, not too late,, ideal,, nice weather shows,, we go 22.9 to Triglav, from Vrata, over Plemenice. Weather nice i.e. no precip from above, around 0 deg on Triglav

With headlamp, path under feet to Luknja and over Plemenice to Triglav top, return over Prag with group, went really slow, stopping needed almost 15h for whole tour. Unique experience when you stop every half hour, sit and admire incredible views and surroundings. Current path condition ok.

On Saturday with friends from Kot and further over both Vrban summits and Dom Valentina Staniča up to hut at Kredarica, fog awaited us. But on Sunday a beautiful morning awaited us. Followed ascent to Triglav and then return to valley.
Though conditions before Saturday were not the best, we spent a nice weekend under the eye.
And a couple of pics from the nice morning.

I strongly strongly advise you against these two routes, even in summer they are extremely demanding and exposed, let alone now with snow
