Primoza@ congrats on the tour and nice pics. I'd praise the adult's responsibility to properly equip the child (rope and small crampons). nasmeh

You had really nice weather, I've been to Triglav many times but don't remember such a cloudless day. I regularly check tour reports and see you're regularly in the mountains with kids. Nice. I rarely manage to convince kids (and even wife) to go with me. How do you motivate them?

Probably the last summer day in the mountains this year. On 24.10.12 start at 7.15 Rudno Polje by barracks, 11.45 Kredarica- summer stroll. At 13.15 start in crampons to Triglav summit arrival 14.45. Return to Planika and around to Kredarica 17.50. Rest, up at dawn and off to valley. Rudno Polje at 11.30.

Bravo guys, we met at Vodnik hut when I was returning from Kredarica, really wonderful two days, as I see my flag survived the night

Today on Triglav. Road to Krma drivable, little snow, track to Kredarica made. I was the only one on the summit. From Mali Triglav all the way to the top it was blowing from SW. Gear as you know.

Here around 40 cm of snow, higher up progressively less, windblown

This time I headed to Triglav from Zadnjica and up via Komar to Dolič, then to the summit. Of course there is snow, that old one left after the thaw is hard as concrete, on top a few cm new, in between fine powder snow. Crampons gripped excellently, wind blowing from the west, still acceptable. Morning was cloudy, then it made a beautiful winter day. One that makes your heart dance.

In the morning there was some cloudiness

As I see my flag got blown away, hope I get a free day and weather to jump up with new flag those days, since Saturday already commitment, women to Krnska for celebration.
