Regarding difficulty Plemenice definitely hardest, then Tominškova and Prag, but path over Prag no longer so easy as it has changed a bit, scree...
Regarding belaying - worth considering, better take it along, put it on and use as needed, even psyche can mess up sometimes although over Plemenice path where can't always belay, on Tominškova more applicable, over Prag - only few spots as mostly pegs on this path.

Yes, with our AO website it takes looooots of patience
Otherwise conditions above 2000m are wintery, snow for export, but completely southern. Full caution recommended on sunny sides, where as soon as the sun shines the southern snow starts avalanching, as evidenced by avalanche debris.

Must be quite interesting, at night, alone on the wall, depending only on yourself, ... Of course without knowledge and experience it doesn't work!!
An experience that gives you more than a tour in nice sunny weather. A tour typical for high mountains, where "days" start at such times.
