For me it's very nice up there in winter with good weather, you meet few hikers. I filmed two from Kredarica, one went with poles, behind him a female hiker who was properly scared, but video doesn't belong on portal/forum. I'll definitely go again, but if there's snow to the valley then you'll need to walk 5km along the road to the end of the parking and overcome another around 1900 elevation gain.

The weather forecast was promising for the morning ascent and afternoon ski descent, but it was correct only for the first. In the morning the snow was hard and excellent for walking. I caught the sunrise right at Kredarica, where I left the skis and headed to the top. A little before nine I conquer it without problems. Upon arrival two were just leaving so I had the summit all to myself. After descent I go to the underground of Kredarica - Ivačičeva jama. I photographed some nice sculptures that nature created.
In the hut I treat myself to a beer, sunbathe a bit more when it's time to go. Hoping that inversion and sun had softened the snow I head over Kredarica to the saddle towards Rž, but already in the first turn I saw that the ride would be tough as everything was hard. The descent was more like fitness for knees and thighs. I ski to the forest, from there on foot to the car, which I reach at three, a little before five already eating homemade soup at home.
