Today 1. 10. Triglav was in fog. Covered. In Bovška škrbina there is still snow. It's south-facing and crampons weren't needed. Ice axe definitely. And high boots, because where there is snow it sinks deep.

Yesterday 4.10.2017 - No snow across the entire face, couple hundred meters from the hut at Kredarica ice axe recommended. Crampons not necessary, but good to have with you, also self-belay kit (you never know). From Kredarica to summit fixed cable covered with snow in some spots so careful, very slippery... Summit wonderful, dumplings at hut too.  Well, good luck... LP

I last Saturday a week ago didn't choose Plemenice, rather Komar. Met a mountaineer who came over Plemenice. Snow surely still there. And if lower temps it might freeze.

I THINK it's passable, here and there surely still snow. Are you used to hiking with crampons and ice axe use in mixed conditions? If yes then I THINK no problems, if not choose path from Kredarica or Planika - but on both paths mixed conditions, at least to Mali Triglav and up to summit...

On Bambergova, in my opinion of course, if snow remained, the nastiest traverse under Plemenice summit (before secured path, in pic).
Snow will surely be hard if it remained. In Bovška škrbina snow will disappear next year towards end of June maybe.

In the Triglavska škrbina, steps were made in the snow - probably still there. Still, caution is not superfluous, without ice axe no way. It's steep.

Bambergova is snow-free up to the top of Plemenice, snow starts only at ZTP. For the notch I honestly recommend at least small crampons and ice axe, because the snow is hard/icy, bypass on rocks currently not possible.
As for the other paths, they are basically all accessible without winter gear, but at least small crampons recommended for crossing snow patches on Triglavske Pode (speaking of path over Prag/Tominškovo; paths from Krma and Pokljuka are dry anyway). Paths to Triglav summit from Planika and Kredarica are also both dry.

I went today via Plemenice and back via Prag! Ice axe I only used from Kredarica to Prag, didn't put on crampons!
