Maybe someone knows what's the condition on the path between Kredarica and Stanič's hut under Rž? There are surely still snow patches, but do they soften enough during the day and are safely passable and not on critical spots? Thanks for info.

The path from Kot to Stanič's hut is passable without winter gear. Twice or three times you need to cross a few meters of snow patches, which are not difficult or dangerous.
And of course eyes peeled - yesterday it was possible to spot several ibex just a few meters off the path, who didn't mind human proximity.

13.7. I plan to Triglav from Vrata, path over the threshold. Is there still snow on the path? Is winter gear needed on paths from Vrata? Please for info if anyone went?
Also interested in path from Dolič direct to summit? Is it dry yet?

Anyone going on Tominškova in next days should have winter gear or at least few meters of rope, ice axe or crampons as there's still some snow in upper gully and broken cable. On this occasion must praise and thank for hospitality, very good food and really nice Dom Valentina Staniča to the warden and two diligent girls helping him.

Today I went from Zadnjica via Kugy to Sfinga and further via Bamberg. On the western Triglav plateau there is still some snow, which doesn't pose problems. I continued via Kugy ledge, where there is no snow. After exiting the ledge towards Kredarica there is still quite a lot of snow. Today it was softened, so I only needed the ice axe.
