Two articles talk about misdemeanors, 64th and 65th. First about "misdemeanors", second about "minor misdemeanors". Both mention parking, where penalty per 64th article for individual is higher, from 500 to 3000 eur. In short, leeway for how much they "skin" you is obviously large.

They've started dirtying the Aljaž Tower with stickers! Sadly I noticed it only on the photo, otherwise I would have torn them down. Let someone do it ASAP so it doesn't spread, since the first sticker has obviously triggered an avalanche. I compared some of my photos from this month, on 8.9. no sticker yet, on Saturday one, today already two! What a filth. And the "pole" for the shelter is already fully stickered.

During the morning I quickly decided to go from Krma to Triglav and Rjavec. Parking not full, at Konjsko sedlo windy in gusts. To Planika fairly quick, then slower. Woman hiker under Mali Triglav needed help, next to her police helicopter came circling over hikers several times. It took quite long before they took her away, at least one hour. Classic slippery rocks, boots just slide. Meeting no problem. Summit few people, I stayed up there some time. I took down one black sticker, the first one won't come off. Then descended towards Dolič and over scree also all 4 over scree and climbed to Rjavec. Home donut from home eggs (let chickens out no net, evening all on perch) hit the spot. Descent back and over scree to marked, above wire rope and leveling cut pathless to Planika-Krma path.
