for Marmolata I can't say, since I haven't stood up there in summer months, but on the other two mentioned it's just as pointless to go between June and August, because the circus is simply too big. To such peaks (also Triglav) one goes out of season; everything else is unfortunately a waste of time.
And I'm no purist and strongly support hiking in the hills, but the summer circus near famous peaks has become unbearable in the last 10-15 years in summer months.

Honestly speaking, what's illegal about it? It's often tasteless, yes, definitely. But as far as I know, we're still in a free society and the person who wants to make a fool of themselves has every right to it.

When it comes to preserving peace and pristine nature we mountaineers have a clear consensus regarding "ethics", read intros of practically any guidebook on SLO Alps, listen to the upbringing we received in clubs, to all who have been in mountains longer everything has been said a thousand times already...

Of course he has a right, as long as he doesn't infringe on the rights of others. If he's alone up there or in a closed group, we could still accept it. Absolutely not when there are more visitors there. I think everyone also has the right to warn him about it.
Maybe that's why some of us avoid such hills.

I'm wondering how crowded Tominšek path is on weekends, if going say only to Valentin Stanič hut. Do they go in column here too like on approaches to Triglav summit?

From Vrata can be crowds everywhere in season, surely fewer from Kot or from Krma, went 14 days ago from Krma to Stanič hut and from Prgarca on didn't meet even 1 person, all of course turned towards Kredarica ☺️ Regards
