As if those he helped didn't have a phone with them. I think they always do. So they installed the charging station just for his personal needs. In a legalized building?
Anyway GRS probably knows what it's doing. If it's really beneficial and saves someone, then regulations that apply to us all are probably secondary. First is saving lives.

Who and what is Alojz Žakelj to be able to erect whatever he wants or someone allows him on Mežakla and under Triglav? In 1977 he moved into a bunker under Triglav, a very well-made Italian barracks he himself or with helpers demolished to the ground. He didn't do that on his own because they would have chased him long ago, but all competent services including PZS and TNP, who demolished many things for ordinary people, quietly allowed this savage campaign to this man. They should finally arrange civilized toilets at Planika because they are 100 years behind and parking lots at Vršič, which is one of the lowest passes in Europe - arranged as if it's at 3500m and barely passable. Hundred-year-old Italian and Austrian mule trails are today some of the most beautiful hiking and mountain paths in the western Julians. Maybe the same soldiers built them as the demolished barracks and bunker into which this guy moved, good thing he at least leaves them alone and doesn't paint them blue as if on Santorini. But then the rest of us can choose our own plots too, why not? They should promote Jakob Aljaž and other upright Slovenes who in old times did something really big, forbidden and daring for Slovenianhood in the hills and mountains.

Part of an article from Slovenske novice 2021: "...While the main building collapsed to ruins, Jesenice native Alojz Žakelj snatched the bunker from the jaws of time and turned it into a bivouac. He knew why he chose this lonely spot for living – from Morbegna there is one of the most beautiful views. Behind rises the mighty western wall of Triglav, to the left Western Julians, in front the mighty dome of Kanjavec and below it Velska valley..."

I ask again, who and what is Alojz Žakelj that all this is allowed to him, and they write about him as a national hero?

Žakelj told me that his locked bunker (which he calls bivouac) will become a gift to the Slovenian nation after him, just like Aljaž left us his tower. Now he locks it (bivouac) because it's his.

Slovenske novice are anyway crap of crap. How can this journalist write that he made the bivouac? Blondie either has no more than 60 IQ points, or she writes nonsense just to fill the article.

Interestingly, as long as his great friend who helped him with the demolition was alive, there was no sober thinking here, now many have realized it.

Many thought back then it was a man living freely in nature, not a Jesenice block-dweller with a regular job, car and everything, who usurped state property and our heritage in front of everyone's eyes.

Really sad that politics forbade using the barracks for a mountain hut. Even worse, with silent consent it allowed the final demolition of the building and allowed Lojz to stay. Otherwise, except in an emergency, you can't even bivouac in TNP.

Just so you know, this object (barracks) was not called Morbegna but Vittorio Emanuele Barracks.

P.... madonna!!! Some accuse me of not posting (with photos) on this portal. Only I know why not. Regarding Morbergna though:
I'm from the generation that still remembers well even its sunken roof (went there first in 1964) and I could never come to terms with the fact that no one at that time, nor later, advocated for the restoration of the shelter in a phenomenal location. The tooth of time did its thing. The then leadership of PZS and GRS and others sealed the final demise of the shelter with their indifference, and even after Slovenia's independence nothing was done by the aforementioned, or far too little. The mentioned guy exploited the given opportunities (which I absolutely condemn) and now, shocked by what was seen last year, I rightfully wonder where we're spitting in our society (haven't paid PZS membership for years either)

What kind of his bivouac?zavijanje z očmi There's nothing of his there except the sin he committed with the silent permission of the Gorenjska mafia. Of bivouac there's not even a B, because it's always locked when this guy isn't up there and that's outside summer when the hut at Dolič isn't open either. So on this side there's no possibility to seek shelter anywhere, even that shelter the ruin provided years ago this guy pulverized into dustjezen Award yes, I'll donate him a mixer, wheelbarrow and shovel so he can build his own shack if they allow him everything, and unlock the bunker!
