Really yesterday ideal conditions for visit to Slovenia's summit - TRIGLAV. From Vrata via Tominšek, descent over Prag back to Vrata. LP

Yesterday Sunday we planned S triglavska via slovenska. Before entry but we noticed ice on quite some rocks and since caution mother of wisdom we postponed all to next time. Instead then over Prag to Kredarica and on to summit. Day wonderful return past Staničeva and back over Prag.

Everything looked like our "youngsters" would this year too stay without so hard awaited and from our side promised first ascent to our daddy. But weekend was so promising in all regards we quickly decided and Saturday ascended from Krma to Dom Planika yesterday over Mali Triglav to summit then back to valley (hut to close sometime in coming days). This was really ascent of superlatives: wonderful weather autumn colors of nature unique views late autumn peace additional charm experiencing evening and morning dawn high above sea of fog in valley…

Autumn days are indeed shorter but very beautiful. Pity only that most huts around there closed. Planika was exceptionally open this year (apparently only till mid 13.10.) Kredarica now also closed...

čeveljc - In the morning and through the forenoon there was no sun all the way to Luknja, the valley was quite cold. From Luknja onwards the sun accompanied us.
