LG in KSA you have some: storzic (peto zrelo), Grinta SE ridge among those you didn't list. In JA for example you forgot prisojnik, DK, prestreljenik, jalovec... In Karavanke you have begunjscica, vrtaca via gullies etc

A bit late, but anyway. I agree with everything Igor Zlodej wrote. Various definitions of rigid organizations and all that some of you write on this portal, better replace with some good ascents, publish them in photos and comments, so that someone else repeats them if they want and can. Old trentarji didn't have any alpinist exam, but they climbed and ascended much in Slovenian mountains that today count as alpinistic ascents. And, is it really necessary to have an alpinistic exam to climb, say, Slovensko smer, Millerjev kamin, Loško steno, Pihavce above Bavšica and some demanding ridge, winter ascent of Jalovec and Mangart via ridge, Jugovo grapo, Široko peč and more in our and foreign mountains. And once again: 'Besides all experience and knowledge you have, on tours the most important is strength in arms and legs, endurance, psyche ...', I remembered the words of experienced alpinist-Himalayanist I once heard. What use is all rope technique knowledge if you lack the rest. You acquire it differently too. Anyway, hats off to those who passed the alpinist exam, in younger years I missed it, different times and I won't talk about it.

It's never too late for the alpinism section, even if you don't pass the exam, at least you master the proper technique of safe climbing. Because such thinkers are potential candidates to meet Matilda Her Gebeten in the mountains Besides, with their ignorance on the wall they endanger others too. An alpinist told me you need the most luck as a beginner, that's when there are many chances to kill yourself. Then experience comes in handy, which old alpinists pass from generation to generation. Why reinvent the wheel and stumble over a stone others have already cleared from the path. Best and no hard feelings

I agree with what you wrote, Fifi, but as I say, you can acquire knowledge in other ways too, not just in alpinism sections. I'm not a beginner, I've been in the mountains for over 30 years, done quite a few ascents with known alpinists, as first or last in the team, learned a lot from them too, done quite a few solo or with friends independent ascents and ridge traverses, so without experience and knowledge I should've killed myself long ago. I know alpinism trainees who don't dare cross Zeleniške Špice and even slightly harder marked hikes. I don't rely on luck in the mountains, head, hands and legs are more important. And a bit more that I wrote above. I stand by that, also by what Igor Zlodej wrote. I hold nothing against you for your comment, why would I, you just gave your opinion. Hope we meet in the mountains sometime and talk more about them. And one more thing, all who post on Hribi.net portal, start signing with full name and surname already. Why be ashamed of it and hide under a pseudonym? Best regards, Jovan Cukut

heh probably a bit ironic skalaš, thanks in advance for the track (let me know Friday for 100% so I know). Kranjska r. will be a bit too easy, I have something else planned, maybe I'll go to Kranjska over JZ gully too. Carrying me would be totally possible-I'm light, but no time to hike back till dark, cuz I have a race Sunday best D

Bullčired, how impatient you are . To your and my regret this weekend mountains remain only in dreams.... job and traffic jams take their toll . Take care and safe steps, see you in the future!
