Yesterday morning I went to Uršlja from Ivarčko Lake. Trail made, here and there a bit slippery, lots of snow, especially in the upper part.

On Wednesday to Uršlja Gora via Železarska gora and back. Treading and making trail to the top. Weather and beauties like in a winter fairy tale. I was the first postholer at the top because up there until my arrival there were only ski tourers and snowboarder. Path from Ivarčko and Naravske Ledine trodden. That sign on upper picture 3 (Lisica) now fully under snownasmeh.

Yesterday I went up to check. Quite a few visitors, suspicious wind on top. Up Železarski dol to Ledine, left Kozji hrbet for skiers so they have some more fun.mežikanjeTrack to top and on top well trodden, skiers pulled new one beside, enough space for all. Snow settled a bit, signpost peeking out again.

If you start from Ivarčko even sneakers will suffice and probably the same from Ledine. From other directions snowshoes will be needed as Janezs already told you.

Today on the way from Uršlja gora I somewhere lost an orange Mount Track crampon. If anyone has found it or knows where it is, please let me know.

Hi! Since I see quite a few of you going regularly to Uršlja gora, I'm curious which paths (if any) one can take to get up without snowshoes and crampons? I assume it would be possible from Ivarčko Lake? What about from Andrejev dom or Poštarski dom? And how about access to those starting points?
