What do you think the conditions on Velika Planina will be like tomorrow? Will there be any tracks?
We have a circular tour planned from Stahovica over Mala Planina to Gradišče and then down over Planina Dol to Kraljev hrib. Is this feasible in one day in these conditions?

I'd ask, what's the time difference if I go to Velika planina from Kraljev hrib or from the lower gondola station to Gradišče, compared to the path from Stahovica past Sv. Primož which took me 1 hour and 49 minutes? Is the first one shorter time-wise and by how much? Because for the second it showed I did 8.50 km so I'm curious how much it is on this path from the lower gondola station?

From Kraljev hrib via Rigelj to Gradišče you'll need an hour twenty, if you were from Stahovica in an hour fifty.

Thanks lijaneja for the reply, tomorrow we're going up with brother and since we'll start from the lower gondola just at one we'll have to hurry so darkness doesn't catch us.

We started at Kranjski rak, continued on the groomed and slightly icy road to planina Kisovec, then steeply up the trail through forest to Gojška planina. Continued past Črnuška koča on Mala planina, past Jarški and Domžalski dom, where we sank into deep snow and climbed to the fence on the edge of the planina. Dry snow good 20 cm, blown more in places. Walked some time along the edge, then descent to the chapel of Marija Snežne. Return via Gojška planina and Marjanine njive.
Occasionally fog came in, later it began to cloud over. The road despite slight icing is passable by car. Well, we went on foot.

No wind at all, only after 12 hours fog rolled in on top, a bit lower sunshine again. Nice day. Best regards.
