Yesterday it was my first time up there since the long-time caretaker Mare left Jarški dom at the start of the month. Due to the holiday and super weather, there was a crowd of guests in front of the hut. All benches were fully occupied. A quick scan of the price list showed that food prices were higher than we were used to.
The path from Stahovice is super, some quasi-markačist went cutting roots, which goes against his doctrine. In the morning coolness the ascent is a real pleasure, so it's worth starting at least at 8 a.m. I gladly felt environmental awareness too, the empty piksna I left under the bench at the monument of the former Mickina bajta on the ascent was gone on the return

On Tuesday I would go to Velika planina with my wife. I'm interested in which parking is easier to reach and from which there is a nicer and easier footpath to Gradišče. I'm thinking of the Ušivec or Mačkin kot parking lots.

Such comments are totally unnecessary! Isn't there already enough negativity among us? As if you need it so much to write such a sentence and wait for the challenged one to respond, then "hit the poor guy". Go to the mountains, you'll surely have something nicer to write than this and you'll do something good for yourselves too.

Some just can't pass without teasing Primož. Let the man enjoy and do what he likes, alone or with family. Focus on yourselves and your "projects". No one likes being stripped to the bones here. Nice mountaineer greeting.

"caprainex" ... I agree ... however it's up to readers to read or skip individual posts if they (don't) like them ... but I see lately individuals snap other people into the lens too, near and in huts for example ... what if someone doesn't like appearing up here on photos against their will?

Turbo, I understand. By "all" I meant: me Lino, Fahrudin (Faho) and Fahreta (Faha). Somehow plural works out for me. If I always listed all these names someone might get a bilious or choleric attack again. I say again, all support Primož's full family figure, but won't list again - who.

Skalar50, that holds too, photographing everywhere, Šmarna long and crosswise. Thousand shades of Ljubelj and area. Lacking real current info on closed damaged trails. Which huts close weekdays at end of summer season. Slowly we'll clean this forum of junk.
