Today conditioning Vegrad - Jarški, without poles, gaiters and crampons, the latter useful over Pasje pečine, so I went via Pirčev vrh. Down no mud of course, wind only occasionally. Path really super, unfortunately Primož very crowded again, along the road tin like at car show.

Yes, some still behave irresponsibly despite GRS warnings about current dangerous conditions in the mountains. Irresponsibly to themselves, especially to GRS and PZS. regards

Yes, over the weekend there might be even more, especially if the weather is very nice (and the forecast). Well, it's been like that forever.
Since as a pensioner I have the chance to wander during the week, I generally avoid popular spots on weekends.(weather has the last word of course)
Yesterday despite very nice weather and calm atmosphere, I met only three on the path.

I went yesterday after work. At the summit I was already in the dark and fog (I've been in worse), but still met 7 on the path, who were all already going down. True though, I probably went down last.

No, just anyone who hikes a bit more knows that if you meet only 3 at some hour on a certain day, that's no rule that practically no one was there. I can go on Sunday and meet no one. If I go early enough of course. Which currently isn't possible unless I hike to Stahovice already at night.
