Description:
Eiskarwand is 2684 meter high peak and is part of the Natural Park Gruppo di Tessa. The peak is located 1.9 km east of peak Hochwilde - Cima Altissima. The nearest mountain hut is Stettiner Hütte - Rifugio Petrarca, located 1.5km southwest. bivouac Bockhütte is also relatively close. 5 km southeast of the peak there is lake Langsee - Lago Lungo. 4 km west-northwest from the summit there is glacier Gurgler Ferner, 7 km west-northwest from the summit there is also glacier Kleinleitenferner. The peak is located west-northwest of the valley Kamltal.
