Grafscharte is a saddle at an altitude of 2925 meters in the Natural Park Gruppo di Tessa. The saddle is located 0.9 km northwest of peak Hohe Weiße - Cima Bianca Grande. The nearest mountain hut is Stettiner Hütte - Rifugio Petrarca, located 0.6km north-northwest. bivouac Bockhütte is also relatively close. 5 km southeast of the saddle there is lake Langsee - Lago Lungo. 4 km northwest from the saddle there is glacier Gurgler Ferner, 7 km northwest from the saddle there is also glacier Kleinleitenferner.
