Kuglater Hauer is 2610 meter high peak in the Zillertal Alps. The peak is located 5 km southeast from the center of Gmünd and 6 km south from the center of Gerlos. The nearest mountain hut is Klammer's Jausenhütte, located 4km northwest. A little further is Karlalm. 3 km east from the summit there is glacier Ebener Kees, 4 km southeast from the summit there is also glacier Schönachkees. Northwest of the summit is the valley Gerlostal.
