Description:
Östliche Hochjöchlspitze is 2552 meter high peak in the Karwendel Mountains. The peak is located 0.5 km northwest of peak Kaltwasserkarspitze. The nearest mountain hut is Karwendelhaus, located 3km northwest. Closer is bivouac Birkkarhüttl, which is located 1.1km to the northwest. North-northwest of the summit is the valley Karwendeltal. The peak is located on the ridge Hinterautal-Vomper-Kette.
