Yesterday my wife and I took the kids to see Kekec's Homestead. The kids were clearly very excited. But when we arrived at the homestead, the excitement vanished in an instant, as the owner-caretaker unfriendlily dismissed us, saying that people come there to rest and want peace (it was 11:30). So the two families left with long noses. That means only guests who stay overnight there are welcome, the others are not. I know some of you won't agree with me, because there's always someone who disagrees.

I need advice! I plan to check out the Triglav Lakes, and I'm curious about the best descent! We plan to start from Savica Waterfall via Komarča! Maybe someone knows how far you can get by bus, if it even runs!? Thanks in advance for answers!

We also have a dog that always accompanies us on family hikes. And precisely because of the free-running village mutts we avoid paths through villages like Janče and similar paths, because we always have trouble. So ...It wasn't really nice when a 50kg dog wanted to attack our 10kg dog, kids aged 6 and 8 were crying that it would kill him. Luckily it ended well.

There are also those who for various reasons drive higher and can't start tours from lowlands. E.g. health or other problems. Some have small kids so we drive a bit higher and adapt the tour... Don't think only about yourself. Everyone has their reason.

Thanks Tadej but I think this is not the one I'm looking for. One path leads towards Zelenica, the one described here leads towards Poljska Planina, but I'm interested in the path that is between these two paths. This path joins the path from Tinčkova Koča towards Koča pri Završnici.
