Yesterday up via Kanski pass, down via direct path. Path normally passable without winter gear. Path officially closed, but no obstacles on the path itself, so don't know exactly where the landslide was. Path is airy, crumbly, so gotta be 100% focused every step. My opinion, path over Kanski pass not suitable for beginners.

Up from Bavšica to Kanjo, then to Šmihelovec. Somehow can't avoid off-trail. From Kanja saddle via marked and secured to Bavarian Grintavec summit, descend ridge back to Bavšica. Snow no issue, almost dry, path mix of everything. Summit in short sleeves.

Today (29.10.) from Zadnja Trenta to Flori windless to ridge via direct path, from ridge to summit in strong wind, luckily not as bad as elsewhere in Slovenia. A bit of snow, but in upper crumbly climbing section on exposed spots hard and frozen, ice axe strongly recommended.
