Interested in the approach to Begunjščica via Šentanski plaz, specifically difficulty - steepness compared to Turski žleb.

Šentanski plaz is much less demanding than Turski žleb. It's gentle and very wide. Before the summit it splits into two exit branches that are a bit narrower, but still much wider than TŽ. There the steepness also increases, but doesn't reach TŽ difficulty.
Given that this approach is usually also quickly tracked out, no need to hesitate :-)

not central, no! Go left at Y, similar difficulty, two possible exits, never such crowd as in central And instead of down Šentanc better central down

Ha! I suggest SW ridge now while there are still no conditions in gullies and couloirs... otherwise reprint of book Begunjščica climbing guide is out... Highly recommend, no one walks central anymore...

Last year with my colleague we circled a few gullies, specifically Lenuhova to BV, descended via descent or western gully, ascended the right Y, went to VV from there via central down and to 10 pirov
we did something similar on the little summit but it was a bit more spiced up... I'll gladly pick at BV and B again this year.

Šantanec wasn't tracked today, so I went up central because one went before me and then down Šantanca, but a bit windy so question how much will be tracked tomorrow, crampons recommended

Today I climbed up the Central gully. Below, the snow was up to the waist. Conditions in the gully ideal - nicely hard. At the top of Begunjščica strong wind, snowing, cold, fog. So just a turn at the top of the mountain and quick descent via Šentanec. Already in Tržič fully spring-like conditions - no snowing.
On the way back met a procession of ski tourers - among others also Slovenian ski touring team.
