Country road, take me home
The road is nicely icy, with a bit of feeling you get to the basin, me and most others got there without chains. All day though there was a Zagreb guy parked next to Kovinarski hut in the middle of the road (with chains). Thank God it was possible to bypass him. Some apparently had trouble already on the slope before Kovinarsko hut.

one big "wow" hits me when I look at your photos. No, it's not true. I've added thumbs up everywhere and would add more if I could. I'm glad that mountain visitors add photos to their posts. That way those of us forced to stay in the valley for one reason or another can relive the mountain beauties too.

I was alone at Kredarica and in the cave. But I'd say comments that the cave is under the toilets aren't accurate, because the cave interior spreads to the right of the entrance and if not too much snow, you can get out on the other side.

Today again to Kredarica. Three on skis and one on foot. Nice to go both on skis and on foot. But today's warm weather really softened the snow in Zg. Krma. While skiing in that part occasionally broke through to the bottom. On return we checked out Mlačca too, where everything is already prepared for the ice nativity. Lp

If anyone is hiking from Krma to Kredarica,, I'm interested in conditions,, especially the road to the basin, is it too icy? (until Saturday, planning to go up on Saturday)

Accident - Transcript from the portal
According to data from the Administration of RS for protection and rescue, on the path from Krma to Kredarica they found a buried female mountaineer. She had a backpack with a puppy that survived the accident.
As GRS Mojstrana told Slovenske novice, a snow avalanche carried her away, they transported her to Mojstrana by military helicopter, but her identity has not yet been determined.
The mountain rescue service warns that the weather in the high mountains is very bad, as a strong wind is blowing.
