Where on this trail did you pick up 3000 elevation meters, I'm really curious ...

The current conditions describe you well (in the picture and words) .

From Mitnek to Peca 6km and 1220 elevation, and from Kordeževa glava to Bistriška špica and back 6km and max 500 elevation; those are more realistic data, redbull.

and what do you want to say with that, guki? You calculated well, according to your data exactly 3000 elevation meters. As much up as down. And to Peca it's less, around 5.5 km there. No matter, my data, just a bit for stats if anyone cares, don't worry too much.

Elevations and time are unimportant, what is important is enjoyment and ease of movement. If elevations are the goal, then next time head up from Mežica, you'll gather the most, and the path is suitable for running too.

Then choose up the chute or from Topla to Knipsovo sedlo.

The one from Topla is poisonously steep, but for you, chamois, it won't be too much.

Yeah, it's about three thousand meters of ascent, plus some more with the drive there and back.

Redbull for you 3000 elevation = 1500 up + 1500 down. For us, that means you did 3000 elevation up, that's why Misantrof already pointed out something doesn't add up. Also from Mežica it's not some flat stage - 9.5 km and 1700 elevation and if you subtract 1km flat from Šteng to the driver's home it's a nice steep. You also have the path from Koprivna, which is also 1000 elevation first 4-5 km next 2-3 km more flat.

If we sum up all facts this path from Mitnek is one of the shortest and easiest to Peca. Elevation can be max 1700 of the real alpine ones.

Then, start in Pristava at (bus stop, 100 meters ahead of the intersection to Halena) then along the trail past Bricnik and along the ridge further. This path is one of the first paths to Peca. They used it until the construction of individual roads leading high to Peca. Here you'll get quite a steep incline. (Those who don't train won't make it under two hours.) Regards.

There are loads of paths and each by itself can be a challenge or pleasure depending on how one takes it, similarly it can be easy or hard depending on conditions and ways how we approach it. For me personally the greatest satisfaction is starting right in the valley and experiencing the charm of the whole path and ascent to the top.
