I also joined yesterday's 21st Arnič hike to Raduha, the conditions as the previous poster already wrote
But I must add that there weren't many hikers this year, probably due to the bad forecast, but despite the poorer forecast we got lucky with the weather, sun wasn't lacking, but the closer we got to the top, the thicker the fog, which didn't obstruct visibility much, or you could still see where to walk From the top the view was nicer towards the north, towards the south it was all fogged or misty. We/they didn't manage to find the logbook, as there's lots of drifted snow and cornices on top, these are extremely dangerous or tricky so caution is in order!!!

An hour ago I talked to a colleague who's up there now. You can drive almost to Koča na Loki (parking under the hut). Conditions are very good. Snow is hard in the morning and allows good walking, now it is already sinking in.

According to my information, Koča na Loki will be open on Saturday. Wondering if one can drive by car  from Vodul to the hut? On Wednesday it was still not possible.

Regarding yesterday's conditions, they were really super (would be ok for a beginner too), snow was holding, not icy or sinking in, not even on the way back, but it's true that I was at the summit at 10.00h, didn't need gear... how it will be in coming days with forecasted deterioration, hard to say for walking conditions... good luck and safe

The path from Loka to Raduha is almost snow-free, only near the summit there's a bit. I think the road is already drivable too, good luck
