Here I'm sending you a photo of the pasture where I leave the car. But I then go on a hard-to-follow hunter's path to the top of Jelovec, and along the ridge further past Lanež towards Raduha - wonderful and scenic path. From Jelovec summit it's then easy to follow, to that summit you need some sense of orientation.

The path that "otiv" suggested to you is marked and you'll find it when you head towards the wooden huts you'll see when you reach the pasture.
I go to the huts and to the ridge visible behind and then along that ridge further.

From Loka to Grohot via Durce is 1.5 hours. That's what it says on the sign at the hut on Loka.

From your question I assume you haven't been to Raduha from the north side yet, where Grohat is. So maybe smarter and more logical to get that "stamp" at Grohat from that side. See descriptions:

And addition to geppo's description. Planina Javornik is correctly planina Javorje. And he leaves the car at Vodole pasture near the hunting hut which is in the very upper corner of that pasture and not at Bela peč. Bela peč is actually a pasture a bit above Vodole, on the way to Smrekovec. velik nasmeh

First thanks to all mežikanje

, otherwise I haven't been to those pastures mentioned above yet. If it's really 1.5 hours walk from Loka to Grohot, then I'd go that way, i.e. via Durce, but on the other side I'd go by the variants described above, because as I said, I haven't been there yet.

Today I set out to the hut at Grohot below Raduha, but it slipped away again, so still no stamp. I left the car at Vodole pasture (1570 m), then continued on foot first on gravel road, then path soon turns left into forest towards Javorje pasture (1594 m), which is good half hour walk. After short stop at Javorje I wanted to continue towards Grohot but unfortunately couldn't find it, I went straight up that steep slope, somehow it seemed most logical, but no marks anywhere, so finally gave up and returned to Javorje and then continued to the hut at Loka below Raduha (1534 m), which is 15 min walk. After snack (sour milk, yum mežikanje

) I headed towards Raduha, but since I was relatively late today I decided to turn back halfway, otherwise darkness would catch me, and also thick fog later enveloped Raduha summit and neighboring peaks. Around 6 pm I arrived back at Loka hut below Raduha, had dinner there and then continued back to car at Vodole pasture.

I wrote you slightly right at Javorje pasture, but you went strictly right, really sorry it happened to you. The stamp will wait, mountain too, next time we arrange joint visit, that'll be safest. I know first time somewhere it's not easy. nasmeh

Yesterday my brother and I ascended from Grohot via Hojnikova path to Lanež, then further to Velika Raduha. We descended via the secured path. Some more information on Hojnikova path:

The mentioned path is more suitable for ascent than descent (due to overgrowth and fragility in the upper part).

Yesterday we did a nice family trip to Raduha on the Loka-Raduha-planina Arte route. The path is beautiful, suitable for kids and not too demanding. At planina Arte a very nice lady served us with friendliness and helpfulness and a snack. In between we popped to see Snežna jama where we cooled off properly. There followed a short path to the hut at Loka for well-deserved food. Meanwhile the slopes of Raduha had hidden under clouds. We really used the day to the fullest...

Since today showed a nice day, my friend and I headed to Raduha from Grohot via the secured path to the top, where wonderful weather and lots of visitors awaited us. We returned via Lanež over Durce to Grohot. The day would be perfect if I had not forgotten the hiking route at the top of Raduha, which has special value for me (route on pic). Today first time on Raduha eek

. Yay. Nice, especially the weather and views. On more exposed spots it was blowing strongly mrk pogled

, on the top pleasant sunny weather almost without wind. At the top we pass the time with views of the surrounding hills. Thus on NW we observe Velika planina, Ojstrica, Skuta etc., on E Pečo, on NE Karavanke with Košuta, on SE Golte and Smrekovec and on S far away the Julian Alps, of course Triglav reigns nasmeh

. Far in the back we also saw Snežnik, which proudly shows its peak in beautiful weather. Once again I would like to thank the gentleman for introducing the surroundings, as we really didn't know at all what we were actually looking at eek

. Soon we descend one after the other from the top to planina Loka. The path is quite snowy, but it can be walked without crampons, as the snow is on the southern side and melts quickly. What is awkward is that you can slip easily on some grass mrk pogled

. Markings are poorly visible in places, but you can't get lost, as the paths are well trodden.
I'm glad I reached another two-thousander, namely one I haven't been to nasmeh

. I had great company, for which I am extremely grateful mežikanje
