Nine of us started today at 6am from Železniki to Ratitovec and on to Dražgoše along the night hike route organized by PD Železniki.
Small crampons recommended for the trail, but doable without. Almost no snow on ascent from Prtovča to the hut, mostly mud or ice.

My house mountains are above Pokljuka and Krma and if we don't go that way, Ratitovec is the "weekend mountain".

This time Ratitovec got priority over ski touring, so I climbed it in the morning before the forecasted weather deterioration.
Trail is ok, crampons stayed in the backpack, weather fantastic. Except on the top where it occasionally blew a bit so it wasn't too hot. Quite a few visitors too, hikers and skiers. In short, nice morning in the fresh air.
