Lg, I went up there long ago on 7. 9. 2004. Approach via Kriška stena, Kriški rob and Šplevta. Below quite steep but short scree slope, above loose stones, but difficulty doesn't exceed II. But I must mention I descended the classic which is now closed.

LG, go via Kugy since you're so experienced, or north ridge, for an expert like you there shouldn't be problems! Can't believe it! Doesn't exceed IV. If closed it's closed, no detours here! If everyone followed that there wouldn't be so many heli flights every weekend, you think military helis fly tourists for scenic tours?

Jus not interested in ascent to Razor  just asked about off-trail. Times aren't like when I hiked mountains anymore, it's been different for a while, responsibility is highest level here.

Probably not the only hill that is collapsing and dangerous for access. Also Jezerska Kočna, Veliki kup, Rakova špica, ... all rockfall. The problem is only because it is located on the "highway" Kriški podi - Vršič!

This year it doesn't draw me up there because I was there last year, but I'm sorry for the others who want the top of that landmark peak. Gotta wait till the mountain calms down and what PZS says. Attached pic above so great experts can say if possible to reach top elsewhere. No offense

Manifesting superiority is a defense mechanism by which a person tries to conceal their own view of themselves as inferior. I think, Juš, from your posts it's clear you're an excellent mountaineer, alpinist. So some more self-confident distance wouldn't hurt you, since no one wants anything from you. Once again - you're an excellent mountaineer, so advice, descriptions, opinions are super. Sarcasm and sniping; that's not.

The path is still closed, but anyway. From Prisank summit to Razor summit approx. 2 hours
